Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the European Union. Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are prepared the same day; everything else leaves on the next business day.

Standard shipping: 3-6 business days in the EU, 5-12 business days elsewhere.
Free standard shipping on orders above $50.
Every parcel includes a tracking number sent by email once the label is created.

Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is returned to us because an address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
